Can't remove XMLTV lineup

I have 6 tuners in my server (2 network encoders, 2 HDTV tuners, 2 analog tuners). I was using sage epg data for 5 of the sources. When I added a 6th (the 2nd network encoder) I decided to try the XMLTV importer.
I got everything to work and it seemed to work just fine.
I wanted to spend some more time tweaking my XMLTV files, so I tried to change that tuner to another lineup (using sage epg).

I removed and re-added the tuner and went through the settings and when it came to the screen where it should show all the cities, it only shows XMLTV.
I also tried to change the lineup on any of the other tuners and it will only give me an option for XMLTV.
I tried modifying the sage.options file and commented out the line that refers to xmltv and it just puts it back in. If I remove the xmltv.options file, sage says it lost contact with sage until I put that file back in.

So how do I get sage to allow me to select other lineups besides XMLTV?
