Pretty much takes your normal analog tube or DTV and adds more lines to your tube. Looks pretty sharp with DVD and games. I am sure it will look good with an HDTV signal being inputted. But this box is $600.

Although I've never heard of ADSTech before, I think I'd rather get a Holo3D II. Also:

Scalers take the input signal and deinterlace/scale it to a different resolution/scan rate. You can't add lines to a tube, it's got what it's got and there's noting you can do about it.

yup, pretty much it does what I stated.

This is just the first one that I have seen come out.
