HDTV Reviews

Suggestions on who has the most objective and recent widescreen TV reviews ? I'm starting the search for a 60"+, probably plasma, HDTV. Which brands are considered tier 1 ?

Ditto the avsforum recommendation. As for top brands, it's basically Pioneer and Panasonic. And if I was buying today, I'd take a long, hard look at the 8th gen "Kuro" Pioneer plasmas.

Of course in the 60"+ range, you may want to look into front projection if your room and habits support it

I looked at several HDTVs and for the money Vizio was fantastic. Look at the Vizio threads over at AVSForums as suggested.
