1600 OTA- Wintv picks up everything, Sage finds few and tunes none?
Running Sage 6.2.8.150 in winxp
I had originally set up the 1600 as a qam tuner, but now would like to use it as an ota tuner, as I have a hdhomerun for qam channels. (Reason is because I get OTA channels from Dayton but qam from Cincinnati, and they sometimes have different programming). The scanner built into wintv finds and tunes everything I would expect it to, but the scanner built into sage ony find a few, but won't tune any of them. The ntsc tuner on the 1600 works fine. Any ideas? tia

How did you get QAM working as I'm having the exact same symptom as your OTA issue in SageTV.

Nothing special. I found instructions around here somewhere that mainly had me adding a text file to the sagetv folder, and it worked right away. Then I had to reinstall everything, and my HDHR setup changed and caused conflicts with the 1600, so I decided to have the HDHR do qam and the 1600 do ota.
