The ghost of deleted recordings!!!
This has happened to me a couple times, hence I'm asking a question.
Sometimes, when I try to delete a show, it would delete from the recorded show listings, then a couple seconds later reappear in the recorded show listings. When I view the file system, the file has not been deleted. The Sage service is run under the SYSTEM account, and has full rights to the file. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks

My advice would be to try running the service under a user account that you know for sure has the appropriate permissions (i.e. you can manually delete files when logged in under that account). If all else fails, enable debug logging and see what the logs say.

Thanks for your replies.
No comskip is not installed. This is a plain jane install of Sage. I doubt running the service on another account would help but I'll see. What I used to do before was deleting the offending file from the file system via windows explorer. This time, I restarted the service, and deleted the file via the Sage GUI and it worked as it should. When next it happens, I'll turn on debugging, and see what I can capture...
