200 watt power supply questions

i am planning on using the athenatch A100SC for my httpc case. i have never build a mATX system, so i am not really sure what a 200 watt power supply can handle. here are the components i am about to order.

Gigabyte 845GV (onboard audio and video)
Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz
512 Crucial DDR 2700
Maxtor 160GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive
Hauppauge pvr-350
NEC 1300a DVD-R
2 60mm fans and 1 80mm

I would also like to throw in a Matrox g400, but that goes back to me not knowing what the PSU can handle. Can someone shed some light on whether or not the power supply can handle these components, or any suggestions on things i might want to change.

I had an ASUS nForce1 mb with Athlon 1800+, 512MB RM, 2 x PVR250, GeForce FX5200, MAxtor 120GB hard drive, Sony DVD burner, 2 60mm & 1 80mm fan all running on a 200W pS with no issues.

I am running a 200W setup with an ASUS P4R800-VM mobo with a 2 gig Celeron and the PVR-350. I have a 160GB EIDE drive and a 16x DVD drive. I also use the onboard video for the OSD and the output for audio and sound from the PVR. I also have the digital coax out to my sound system and I do not have any power issues.

I would suggest a SimpleMax 101 case. I have a pic listed on the site listed below. I only know of one place online to purchase it and a local store around where I live. Same price as the case you are looking at, but this just looks nicer and is one of the best cases I have seen, such as the design inside and such.

Plus, nothing but good reviews on the case.
