Extender bundle pricing?

After fighting with my MCE machine last night to Transcode a XVID file, I think I'm ready to make the switch.

It has been mentioned a few times that a bundle price of $250 (extender and software) would be offered soon. (only about a week left to make it under my tree for Xmas )

I know others are also waiting for the bundle. Will it be ready soon?

thanks.

Or as an alternative, will there be a discount/coupon offered for the people who ordered the extender separately if they want to purchase the server software?

I'm new at this and am waiting for bundled pricing as well. It would be nice to have it for Christmas.

The bundled price will only save you $20 - $30, so you may justify the expense as the cost to expedite the order. The extender is $199.95 plus shipping. The server license is $69.95 at http://www.pcalchemy.com/index.php/c...cd95b8478479a2. Giving a total price of $269.9 plus shipping and taxes (if any). If you buy the server license at Sage the total would be $10 higher at $279.9.

Any updates on the bundle pricing?
I may go the PCAlchemy route, but I'd rather get both direct from Sage.

Can someone from Sage please respond?
I'd like to be a customer and the bundle price would make switching a little easier.

I would recommend you contact SageTV Sales via email. They really don't read the forums here.

This is a user-to-user forum. If you want info about the store, you should contact SageTV directly (there's an email address listed on the store's pages). But, I happened to notice that store says the HD100 is sold out. If I had to make a guess, I would guess the bundle might be available the next time it is in stock... but you should email SageTV for official word on that.

Maybe it's a sign to wait for the MCE extender.. I guess we'll have to see what happens.

I'll email sales.

thanks.
