New Server setup
Well,
I just built a Windows 2003 x64 server just for my Sage system and NAS. I'll be using it with a client to my Mac, and extender to multiple HD extenders. I'm experimenting with the software in demo, and I have a question about Service Mode. I have it set to run as LocalSystem and to start automatically, but do I have to actually login after a clean boot for Sage to startup? It seems like it's so. I would like it to be running all the time regardless, just like if it were an exchange server or something. Maybe it's because I'm still in trial mode that it won't auto launch cause it needs me to check the ok box? So far though, it works great with my HDHomerun and client on my Mac. Blows MCE and EyeTV out of the water. jrog |
