Help Selecting New CPU

I'm looking to upgrade the CPU in my server (currently Pentium D925). The motherboard chipset is 945P. If I understand correctly this chipset won't support an FSB higher than 1066. Is this true?

If it is true, what would be your recommendation for a C2D with an FSB of 1066 at or about the same price point as the E6550 (~$160)?

I think you're probably best looking at a 4000 series (not that there is anything wrong with them) but there's not a lot of cost effective options in the slower buss speed 6000 series.

It's only an 800 mhz FSB and smaller cache but prices are good and the 4600's have nice fast core speeds with lots of overclocking ability. Probably better chance of compatability too.
