Audio through only one speaker?

Audio through only one speaker?

When I use my Sagetv to watch live tv or a recorded show on my computer the sound only comes through one speaker? I have two speakers and a sub. When I don't use Sagetv then all speakers work fine. I do hear crackeling coming through that speaker but only when using Sagetv. I have tried all other audio settings on Sage. Any ideas?
