MediaMVP and S/PDIF not working
I have spent an hour reading the various forum posts and do not see anyone mentioning using the S/PDIF connector on the MediaMVP. When I try to use the S/PDIF hooked to my receiver I will get sound in 5.1 but only for a very limited time.
If I play live tv or recorded tv I only seem to get 2 channel audio but it works coming out of the S/PDIF. If I watch a DVD that has been ripped I may or may not get any sound at all. If I do get sound as soon as I touch any button such as chapter skip, FF, etc, I lose sound. Any suggestions? Am I doing something stupid? thanks Scott
