HD Homerun not finding channels during setup

Hi,

I'm setting up my first sageTV system using HWS and HD Homerun. I'm trying to follow the directions on silicondust website. However, when I get to the point where sageTV is supposed to find the digital channels, nothing is found. If I use the HDHomerun gui config, I can find the digital channels. Is there a special step I'm missing?

Thanks,

John

Well, maybe it is working now. I rebooted the machine, installed the new 6.3.10 software and during the setup wizard it found channels. I can't watch anything, but I'm hoping that is a WHS thing. I'll have to try on extender.

When you say that "you can't watch anything" what do you mean exactly? Assuming the channels found during the HR setup were 'watchable' in VLC, then what do you see when you click the VIEW button in Sage Tuner setup? No signal? Did you try letting Sage scan for channels and check the result?
