Low cost DTS/AC3 decoder for PC 5.1 speakers?

I've got a set of 5.1 PC speakers (6 inputs, front, rear, sub & center). I'm wanting to use it on one of my TV's (the one in my PC room) with a HD Extender, anybody know of a decent DTS/AC3 decoder that'll take optical in, and outputs to 6 RCA's? Looking for something inexpensive (this is not our main TV, but I've got a decent set of PC 5.1-ready speakers I'd love to use.

I need some sort of external box that I can plug the optical output from the Sage HD extender into, and output into the 6 RCA plugs for audio. That would work great if I were using a PC client .

This may be what you're looking for:
Jazz speaker Digital audio decoders

Not sure where you would buy it.

I also have some unit I bought 2-3 years ago but I'll have to look to see who made it. I'm pretty sure it's what you're looking for but I'll have to double-check.

That Jazz box appears to be what I'm looking for. Creative made one too, and although the last price Creative sold it for was around 129-150, they seem to be going for over 300 on ebay now... It's EXACTLY what I'm looking for, but those Jazz boxes look to fit the bill as well..

As long as it will take the output from a Sage HD Extender, either AC3, stereo or DTS (across the optical output from the extender), and play it on the speaker setup I have now (6 RCA inputs, 2 front, 2 rear, one center, one sub), I'll be in great shape. It'd help if it were remote-controllable (especially if it is controllable by my 6131n OneForAll's ), it'd be awesome .

Here's what I have but I can't find the adapter to it. I couldn't find a price for brand new but I don't think they were cheap.

Klipsch Promedia 5.1

I need something similar, but including an amp. For the bedroom it will be an HD100 and some in wall speakers around the room. Because the TV will be wall mounted I really have no place other than the closet behind to put the AV equipment including the hd100. So the smaller the better. Doesn't need to be powerful or anything, just small. If I take much room in the closet away from the wife she will be If it weren't for the need for a power supply, I might consider a car avr. hmmm
