C4 now FTA?

From posts elsewhere, it looks like Channel 4 is now available without any CAM etc. as they're going free to air.

It's currently available on 10729 V 22000 5/6. The channel is called 8350 with no now/next EPG info as of yet but it's another one to add to my Nova S2 lineup...

other forums are saying that C4 and C5 will not be available on FreeSat. There are other channels on FreeView, such as Dave, that will also be missing on the FreeSat lineup. I think it has something to do with contracts that these channels have with Sky. To be honest, if they go un-encrypted, then they'll also be on Sky un-encrypted and I probably will just stick with Sky.
