Moving SageTV recordings
I'm trying to move some recordings and having difficulty viewing them through Sage. I have read the thread that explains how to move recordings such that they still show up as "Sage Recordings," but that is not what I'm trying to accomplish. I want these to show up in Media Center/Videos as imported video files (this will archive shows for my kids in directories that already contain BTV content).
The only files that show up in the imported media directories are those that were not recorded with Sage. Help? jd

Remove the ID number from the filenames -- that will cause SageTV to stop seeing them as recordings, but they will also lose all the connections to their detailed info. Check the customizations forum for metadata customizations that could store the data in separate files before you rename the files.
