SageMC rendering issues when switching between Fullscreen and non Fullscreen.
After my Sage rebuild this weekend one thing I noticed is that when I switch from windowed mode to full screen mode with SageMC it suffers varies rendering issues. Things like blocks for texts or white out background, or oversized text, or switched icons. The exact issue is never the same, and if I switch back to windowed mode it is fine. If I disable SageMC this does not happend. Also if I start in Fullscreen mode it renders in Fullscreen fine and if I switch to windowed mode, now window mode does not render correctly.
System setup. 780G mainboard using IGP, VMR9 with FSE turned on. I have not tested with FSE off however I suspect that FSE may be the culprit. However SageTVs default STV does not suffer this issue. On a side note, is their a comandline option to make SageTV start Fullscreen? I have sagetv to start at boot time fullscreen but would like to start it manual at fullscreen too. |

I have seen this same symptom occasionally as well, but I am using the default STV (not SageMC). I do have a couple of add-ons installed, including Dynamic Menus and Weather Reporting Suite. I also am using VMR9 with FSE Enabled.
For me it is not very reproducable - it only happens maybe once every 10 or 20 times that I switch between fullscreen and windowed mode. I also think it is FSE related. I have seen a couple of other odd random behaviors related to FSE: 1. occasionally when I switch to windowed mode, the SAGE window insists on staying "always on top" - any other windows on the desktop will be covered-up by Sage, even if Sage doesn't have focus. 2. occasionally when another app tries to steal focus, if Sage was running Full Screen with FSE enabled, it will be minimized to the taskbar (this happens for example when AVG antivirus pops up messages about updates or scanning status).
