Monitor resolution

My Sage PC is connected to a 37" widescreen LCD HDTV with a native resolution of 1366x768. I think the 720p resolution is 1280x720. My Nvidia 6800 can be set to either 1366x768 or 1280x768 in the Display Properties Settings. My question is: which is the better resolution to use, or is there a way for Sage to automatically set the resolution for the media its playing? Thanks.

I would set to the native resolution of your tv. The video card will "stretch" the image to fill the resolution.
