DVB-x Predefined frequency files

Is there any good description of the formats of the predefined frequency files for DBV-x...

The individual frequencies are fairly obvious, but does anyonw know what the {} and {AUTO} mean at the end of the frequency lists...

I mean for Astra 28.2E in DVB-S, there are only 4 frequencies defined, but Sage finds most (but not all) of the rest of the frequencies magically...

The reason is that I want to add a satellite myself, and I want to be sure of what I am doing...

Some frequencies on each sat have a table which includes/links many other frequencies. This way by just knowing and scanning one frequency you get all other linked transponders.

This is the default way of scanning in SageTV.
