Video hangs with ATI Crossfire on 780G

Hello all,

I've got an AMD 780G-based HTPC with an HD-PVR running into it. I've been having problems with playback of HD content that seem performance-related, so I tried adding a Radeon 3450 to run in Crossfire with the built-in 3200 chipset. This seems to cause a problem with SageTV, as if I try to play back any of the files I recorded (HD or SD) the system hangs. And I don't mean sissy alt-tab-out hangs, I'm talking hardcore, need-a-hard-reboot type hangs.

This seems to happen regardless of which codecs I use, and the video files play back perfectly fine on other media players (ie, Media Player Classic). If I turn off Crossfire, it works fine again. Turn it on, hang.

Anyone have any idea what this might be?
