Help with Dual Display with ATI AIW 9800 and V2.0.12

I am having problems getting my second display device to show the SageTV client or any video it provides. I have an ATI AIW 9800 pro that I just purchased to try to use this card for dual display. My first display, which works just fine, is a SamSung DLP TV that is connected via DVI out as display 1 and is runnning at 1280 x 720. Sage works just fine with this display. Then I connected my second HDTV (a Toshiba TN50X81) to the component output of this dual headed ATI card and while I can get a desktop in "mirror" mode using Ultramon, I cannot view the SageTV application successfully on this second monitor, and therefore cannot try to watch programming on this TV also.

I have seen some posts on overlay treatment, etc. but this does not seem to be my issue because I can not even get the Sage basic menu to show on the second TV. Also, it does not appear that the ATI control panel is going to let me change the Overlay settings therein anyway.

Any advice for complete set-up settings by anyone who has successfully used Sage with one or two video cards on the same computer to project simulataneously to a monitor and a TV would be great!
