Linux (or Windows) pcHDTV 5500 help needed
Hello,
I need some support with my Linux setup. I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 on a Core2Duo and I have two pcHDTV HD-5500 cards. These cards work with tvtime to show NTSC signals but can't seem to work under Sage. I select the new source as video0 (there is video0,1 and adapter0,1) and set it up as receiving signal from cable and configure my lineups. Then, when I try to preview the channels I get "No Signal." The same happens when I setup adapter0 to receive HD signals. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this, maybe someone out there has secret knowledge to help me out here? Does someone else run this card successfully, either on Windows or Linux? Thanks, Jesse. |
