It looks like one or more of the theme image files are not getting used.
Are you using the default STV: SageTV3.xml? (Check the system info screen: Main Menu, use the Info command.) Under the Detailed Setup -> Advanced settings, what is shown as the setting for "Select the User Interface Theme"? Is there a file named "DialogBG.png" in the theme folder? For "Standard SDTV", that would be here: <SageTV install path>\SageTV\STVs\SageTV3\Themes\Standard SDTV If you don't find anything, then exit SageTV's interface, enable debug logging for the UI, start SageTV, then post the log & I'll see if it has enough info about the theme. - Andy
