HDPVR won't change channel in Sage

Hello all,

I have a DishNetwork vip222 which I have working fine in BeyondTV with remote control code set 180 (it changes the sat box fine in BTV).

In Sage however, it the same remote with the same code set won't change the STB's channel. I can see the IR blink red 3 times when I enter a channel # and the channel will change in Sage, but the actual channel on the box will not change.

Any ideas?

HD PVR rev. c2 1.1 drivers
XP Pro SP3
Amd 64 x2 2.1
2 gb pc2 800
Gigabyte HTPC MB w/ Hdmi out and Radeon x1250 video
