DVD Rip: *.VOB play but that's it
So I recently ripped a DVD, as I've done dozens of times before.
With this specific one, when I play it through the Media Center > Videos interface, I don't get any video, but the audio is OK. However, if I play the *.VOB files through the Browse Media Files interface, they play fine. I assume that something is corrupt in the IFO files. Short of re-ripping the DVD, is there anyway to "rebuild" the IFO file? Or any other way to be able to play this DVD through Sage normally? (If I'm off base here, any other thoughts why the "DVD" wouldn't play, but the files themselves would?) I presume that this really isn't a Sage problem, but rather a DVD ripping issue. However since I'm seeing it in Sage, I'll ask here. thanks matt
