Lost "Send To Custom Group" in My Videos

I'm not sure when I lost this... but it's not there now and I can't figure out where it went or how to get it back...

When you enter My Videos, you can sort by Custom Groups (I've made some for Me, Wife, Kids, etc). If I put a new DVD on my hard drive, it shows up as Unassigned. In the recent past, I would just go to the Unassigned Group, select the new DVD, and click the "Send To..." button. It used to pull up Playlist and Custom Group as options, and I would then select what group to send it to. Now it only pulls up Playlist and I can't send it to a Custom Group.

I've been looking for a configuration setting to fix this, but don't see one...

any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I was hoping upgrading to the new Sage version would fix it... but it didn't

I upgraded Sage, and I did a full reinstall of SageMC - but the "send to" custom groups isn't there.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I really miss this feature...
