The guys at Sage just gave me a new SageTVTranscoder.exe and it fixed it with 6.5.3. Looks like the next release will be good to go with this.

Well the SageTranscoder.exe from 6.5.1 has fixed this problem. I just did a full Sagetv install on a separate pc and copied that file over (after I shut down the Sage service, of course).
That was a big pain, having my newly re-encoded mkv files showing up with 0 on the ticker!

The new transcoder the Sage guys gave me ended up having other problems anyway. Live TV and Online Videos were no longer possible. The HD200 would lock up hard within the first 10 seconds, and a reset of the device was required to get it working again.
I ended up downgrading to 6.5.1 and everything works fine.
