HD200 Invalid Directory
When using the HD200 in stand-alone mode, I get an 'Invalid Directory' message when I try to browse or see media. I am using WINXP with a small home network, and connecting wirelessly. I am able to see the weather, you tube, etc. I have 'Server' disabled but if I enable it and set the workgroups to match, it still doesn't work. I cannot figure out what 'network name' means in that instance.
New to this, but I could not find anything in the forum. Any help would be appreciated. |

Make sure the XP guest account is enabled with appropriate permissions on the folders/files you want to share.
Supposedly there will be a firmware update soon where you can specify a userid/password for your network, rather than relying on the guest account. |
