Is there any FAQ for HD-PVR with SageTV?

I have searched the forums, but have not come up with any FAQ or troubleshooting guide for getting the HD-PVR to work with SageTV. Hauppauge says they don't know anything about SageTV, and they can't help.

What resources are available for troubleshooting when the HD-PVR works with the Hauppauge-supplied software, but not with SageTV?

Your best resource is going to be this forum. If your equipment is up to par and you've installed TME for the codecs, you should be ready to go. I posted some edits in your other thread that you should look at to get Sage to use the Arcsoft codecs.

When you do post again, let us know about your equipment and how your Sage system is set up (1 computer, Sage server w clients, etc.), otherwise we may not give you the proper answer for your system.

EDIT: I went back to your other thread and do see your system info. If you add your info to your signature it might be easier for all. Please include video card/chipset info also. The equipment you listed seems fine (video?).
