USB UIRT and two tuners
I got the USB UIRT to control my two FIOS STBs, I have it connected and the drivers are there. I set the two Happaugue HD DVRs to tune with the USB UIRT, but I get the same signal out of both IR ports. Meaning the stick on blaster that is plugged into the 'left' side of the stereo jack on the back and going to STB1, the stick on blaster in the right side, on STB2, and the blaster on teh front of the USBUIRT all get every signal, so if i tell one of the tuners to change channel, they both do.
I didn't see any other confuguration option for the USBUIRT or in Sage. Anybody know what I need to do here? Thanks! |

Hi MickBurke,
Please check out this thread for configuring Zones on the USB-UIRT http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5291 this is the post that helped me get it working: http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...16&postcount=9 and check out my posts for the wiring diagrams: http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...&postcount=105 http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...&postcount=106 You have to manually modify the captured IR file to add the zoning instructions and you have to have the appropriate wiring for the IR LED emitters. Good Luck :-) -SB
