I use SJQ with SageMC to run comskip on another PC. SJQ doesn't really integrate into the UI for anything. It has its own web server using the jetty plugin for Sage so you go to another URL to administer SJQ. Not sure about the SRE though.

Neither plugin has an STVi for loading into the stock STV nor SageMC. Both plugins are completely configured via their web interfaces only.
