Video on the web

Sage is running pretty good and now I want to get some video up on the web. Just got a new minidv camera and can make mpg files that play great in Sage. I put up a wmv file and am not satisfied. Before I spend a lot of time...

What are members using to do this? Anybody have any examples of streaming video they have done?
