SageTV OTA HDHR gets all the channels, minus 1

Here's the situation:

I go through the SageTV (6.4.8 and RC 6.5.7) setup for my HDHR (latest version). In the HDHR Setup, I enable 15 of the 21 OTA channels that are found. In SageTV, when I scan for channels, I get 15 channels found.

I look at the list of enabled channels for my lineup in SageTV. All the channels that were enabled in the HDHR are also enabled in SageTV.

Everything seems OK until I leave the SageTV Signal Source setup. When I look at the EPG in SageTV, all the channels that were enabled are there - except one. And, I can't tune the channel in SageTV by typing it directly in, either.

Does anyone know what is causing this? I looked at the .SCN and .FRQ files, and they looked OK.

That sounds like it should be normal. See the note about multiple sources & channel lineups in the Program Guide section of chapter 3 in the PDF manual.

Sage TV version: 7.0.10.231 on Windows 7 64-bit
I'm not sure if I have the same problem, but could you tell me what I might be doing wrong?
HDHR shows this:
real channel virtual channel
7-3 ----------------- 12.1
8-3 ----------------- 40.1
34-3 ----------------- 34.1
34-4 ----------------- 34.2
All of them show up in HDHR View. The 1st one does not show up in SageTV during chanel setup/preview. The others do. I went to the HDHR digital channel lineup page to verify my channel numbers (real and virt).
I have re-mapped 12.1 to 7-3 and re-scanned. No joy.
Also, the above 4 channels do not show up in the program guide lineup.

My HDHR (version 20100828) is setup with one connection to cable, one for OTA. My cable setup (HDHR&SageTV) is working perfectly.
