How do I stop Sage from recording shows for me?

Version 1.4
I have Intelligent Recording de-selected but everyday I come home I have shows like Sesame Street, Barney and Reading Rainbow.

I don't know how it came to this conclusion considering 75% of the stuff I record is from the History Channel.

Is there a flag somewhere else I need to deselect or is there a configuration I can manually change in a file?

This is very annoying.

Restart sage?

After reading through so more posts, I have not put Sage in SLEEP mode. I will try that tonight and see what happens.

Fresh install by the way.
