HVR-2250 Cox Cable Bellevue, Omaha Please Help Me
I have latest SageTV program (v6.5) & Hauppauge HVR-2250 (v7.6.1.27023) driver installed on my WinXP Pro. My cable company is Cox & I live in Bellevue, NE. I'm trying to watch local HDTV channels using QAM signals but nothing is happening on SageTV. I have no problem when I setup my source as Digital Tuner OTA (I can watch all of the OTA Ditigal Channels which are available in my area). I can also watch all of SD Channels (1~70) by setting up my source as Analog Tuner Cable. But when I try to setup my source as Digital Tuner Cable (QAM) nothing is happening. All I see is a black screen but the signal reads 100% for all of the channels. What am I missing? I checked with my cable company & I also checked it on SiliconDust website. They both said that I should be able to (at least) watch local HDTV channels using QAM signals. I just don't know what to do now. Right now, I'm watching local HDTV channels through OTA & SD channels (Cox cable) by setting up my source as Composite. Can anybody help me?
