Or is this the forum? If I submit a bug, how can I track it?

You can submit bugs using the bug report form. There is no formal mechanism for users to track the internal progress of reports they've submitted. Occasionally a dev might post to the forum to say that some particular issue will be fixed in the next build, but there's no guarantee of that. The release notes for each Beta build include a list of what issues are addressed in that build.
