Recording Conflict Icon

I had a recording conflict between favorites that I resolved as 'Always Ignore'. The conflict icon in My TV shows a yellow TV screen with a red exclamation point. When I navigate to Online Videos, which changes to the default STV, the conflict icon is a yellow TV screen with a green check. Why do I not see the green check in SageMC? I'm using the CenterSage theme.

EDIT: This must be a CenterSage issue. I switched to the default SageMC theme and the green check is correctly displayed for the resolved conflict.
