ClearQAM re-mappings by Cable Company

How often have you seen your cable company fool with frequency / channel ID's for their clearQAM HD channels?

I've noticed that I have to re-run the channel scan in the HD Homerun software, remove and re-add the HDHR in SageTV about every 2 months because of re-ordered clear QAM channels.

I have WOW in the chicago burbs.

Anybody else experiencing this with other providers, and if so, how often?
