Question Upgrading SageTV
I purchased SageTV 6.3.10 last July. I am considering replacing my Hauppauge PVR-500 with a HVR-2250, but my version of SageTV probably doesn't support the 2250. Can I upgrade to the current version of SageTV for free or do I have to pay again? The FAQ section states:

What is the upgrade policy for all SageTV applications?
We reserve the right to charge for future upgrades but most minor upgrades will be available at no charge.
I don't know if the upgrades since my version are considered minor or major.

A major upgrade would be from 6.x.x to 7.x.x.

OK, so most likely for any versions up to 6.9.x I'll be able to upgrade for free. Is that correct?

At the very least. You may not have to pay for v7.X upgrades either, Sage hasn't said if they'll be charging for v7 yet...
