Some channels missing Guide Data
Yesterday I seen this in the guide and thought I needed to rescan the channels, so did and remapped and today, still nothing in the guide, I have done a repair install of Sage ver 6.5.9.204
Cable Provider: Comcast Jacksonville,Florida The following channels are missing Programing Guide data Channel Number Call Letters 415 HGTVD 432 WTLVDT 433 WTEVDT 437 WJXTDT I cant view each of the channels and they do work and are mapped to the correct number and call letters. Anyone seen this? Scat

Provided the channels are mapped correctly, see this FAQ:
My Program Guide is listing incorrect info for some channels and/or shows. I am using the built-in data which comes from Zap2It. Is there some way to see about getting this fixed? Were those channels recently added? If so, it may take a few days for their EPG data to show up. - Andy

Solved
Thank You Andy
This is what I did per the link above from Andy. 1) forced EPG update, didn't work. 2) Deleted all the properties on all lines that contained 'server_update_id' in them, then forced EPG update and after 2 minutes I have all guide info on the ones that were missing guide information.
