Cancellation logic?
In my excitement, I purchased the SageTV software and service before I realized that there was no service in my area. Upon cancelling the service via PayPal, I noticed that my access code was immediately deactivated.
After one pays $5 for a month of service, shouldn't one get one full month of service? As a side note, please try to provide service in Austin, TX 78717 as soon as possible! Thank you. |

I apologize for the cancellation issue, we'll look into it on our end to see what happened. I'm also sending you a Private Message to address it.
As an option for Austin, there are some external EPG plugins you could look into. Go to page two of this post for more information: http://www.freytechnologies.com/foru...s=&threadid=43 Keep in mind that these are unsupported by us so you'll have to contact the original developer or use the forums to post questions.
