Newbie Help -- Capture Device Not Found
I have SageTV for WHS installed on the HP Mediasmartserver. I just downloaded the trial version of SageTV for WHS and Placeshifter.
I can connect to WHS fine but when I try to configure tuners through Placeshifter, I get a message that "no video encoding devices found" I am using the HDHomerun tuner and OTA/ATSC, which I can view fine with the VLC client that it came bundled with. Tried a number of different re-installs and read through all the forums but I can't seem to figure this out. I do have an NVIDIA card running but don't use it for anything but graphics. Using SageTV Placeshifter 6.5.9.204 and HDHomeRun Firmware 20090305a Any thoughts are appreciated. regards, Ken
