HDHR Commercial Product
I decided to the SiliconDust website and found this

Both of them are the DVB-T and DVB-C for Europe but don't understand what it means for us in the US. Anything?

Not useful in the US.

Actually, the first one has a US version. It is just like the normal HDHR a lot of us have, but it has more diag/troubleshooting/monitoring features, thus the TECH moniker.
