VMR9 not transparent

With my old setup when I had installed v2.x over my 1.4 setup, VMR9 with NVDVD had the transparent OSD. My registry got wacked and I had to reinstall WinXP, but this time I put the client on this computer and I installed 2.0.13 without first installing 1.4. Now VMR9 + NVDVD is completely opaque. Anyone have any ideas how to make VMR9 transparent again? I think it looks cleaner then the clear OSD of overlay.

That did the trick. Thanks mlbdude. Have the 3D Accel issues from earlier versions been worked out?

They seem to be gone or not as bad. Probably will depend on your video card.
