Channel changing

Can someone help me? I am having problems changing channels. I have my video sources set up and if I go directly via the TV guide and press enter the correct channel gets picked. When I press on the remote to the HD200 it seems to only take the first 2 digits of the 4 I need to enter. Is there a parameter I can change to get it take both 3 and 4 digits? Thanks

Andy
