Thanks. I downloaded and installed following the instructions in the txt file, having backup up the changed files first. I ran the batch file to register the new file and then restarted the SageTV service. However, I found that I could not tune into any stations afterwards - just got a revolving circle!

I unregistered the new file, restored the backups and all working again.

I am using v. 6.6.2 server on Windows XP and Windows client v 6.6.2 on Vista.

Any ideas?

Most likely you haven't placed the files in the correct locations.

The .ax files go in the sagetv\common dir and the .dll files in sagetv\sagetv dir.

You also have to copy them on your client.

Thanks for the pointer. I did put the files in the locations specified, but did not do the same for the Windows client where I was testing. What do I need to do re HD100 extendewr with regard to files?

Nothing for the HD100. The server covers the HD100.

Let me know how you go with ITV HD. In my case, I have some issues where scheduled recordings only contain sound. SageTV/Qian are working on this and other issues so if you have any issues just send them as bug reports to get everything ironed out.
