Digital TV from Shaw Cable and SageTV Setup
I have the MCE-500 card with 2 tuners. I just received the decoder from Shaw so I can have digital tv.
Do I just: cable > decoder > MCE-500 > SageTV > Hauppage Media Extender ? Will my first tuner use the digital signal and the 2 tuner the analog one? I am a little bit confused with all that and before I get Shaw Cable to activate my decoder, I need to make sure I won't run into trouble once activated. I am hoping for a smooth transition. Thank you
