Windows 7 and Video Frame Line problems
Recently (The past 3 weeks or so), I've started to encounter a new problem with Sage when playing video (Live, recorded, and other video files). at a TV refresh rate of 59Hz, there is a horizontal line moving up the screen (About 10 second sweep time) where the contents below the line are a frame ahead of the contents above the line. at 60Hz, the line is still there, but is stationary.
When Sage is windowed, the line is still there. A new TV, video card, and HDMI cable did not fix the issue (Replacement TV and Video card due to unrelated problems) I havent had a chance to test if this problem is isolated to Windows 7 yet, I will be checking this afternoon with Server 2008 or Vista (I can never remember which of those works on this computer)
