WHS Problems
My WHS box died yesterday, looks like a MB problem. I have taken the main drive out and put it into a PC (ive tried a vista and XP one). The problem i have is that i can open all the files that where on the WHS C drive but cant open any files on the data drive, they are all there but will not open. I think it maybe a permissions issue.

You will need to go into the properties of the files (or folders) and into the advanced tab and take ownership of the files.

I was going about it in the wrong, didnt need to alter permissions. Just turned on view hidden files then into folder called DE and you can access all your shares.
