$70 MIR though. MIR are always a pain in the rump to me. I used to do it all, but the hassle of saving $10 got to me. Lately, I just grab hard drives from newegg.com for a fair price fedex'ed to me by an awesome company.
On the other hand, if you have $70 to spare and a lot of patience, this is a great deal for a nice HTPC drive.

The CompUSA - Seagate rebate was fairly painless.
I bought one of these last time they offered it for $99. About a week after sending the rebate in Seagate e-mailed a confirmation. It took about 5 weeks to get the rebate check. You can’t beat these Seagate drives for quietness. Mike
