HD200 won't come up in standalone

One of my two HD200's suddenly won't come up at all in standalone mode, even after a reset. Here's what I did:

HD200 #1 was attached to a monitor via HDMI->DVI/D and wired to the network. Worked great.

HD200 #2 worked in standalone mode attached to an analog TV but was never networked (waiting to run some cable).

With the new beta firmware allowing wireless networking (!), I wanted to put the non-networked one on wireless. So:

- Upgraded the firmware on #1
- Set #2 to force HDMI output (needed for my monitor)
- Swapped the two units

#1 attached to the TV now works beautifully via wireless network (yay!).

#2 showed the initial Sage TV screen when first plugged in, but then fades to black and the second "starting up" screen never appears.

I then used the delete-key reset on #2 and tried it both with the monitor and with a simple video output to TV. No dice. Unplug/replug on/off etc...same.

None of this involves the server - happens even without the network cable connected at all.

Any suggestions?? Thanks for any help...
